We generally know that nature is good for us, but do we know what specifically our nervous system tunes into that helps us with mental and emotional rebalancing? Join this leisurely walk through the trails with pauses to explore and discuss the research behind sensory inputs, brainwaves, express routes to calming, and more importantly, the techniques and takeaways for your daily wellbeing. This class is designed for adults (ages 17+). Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a registered adult. Space is limited, and registration is required. About the Instructor Chi-Wei Chang’s journey spans international relations, language teaching, and building localization programs at SaaS companies, with global experience in the US, Japan, The Netherlands, and Ireland. She enjoys hiking, is a hobbyist landscape photographer, and is now focusing on fostering human to nature connection. Chi-Wei holds certifications in ecotherapy, nature-informed therapy, and wilderness first aid.
